A Level 2 home sleep study is a convenient, portable test for diagnosing sleep disorders like sleep apnea, using a small device to track breathing, oxygen, heart rate, and sometimes brain/muscle activity in your own bed, offering detailed data without a lab visit but requiring GP referral and setup for accurate results.
What the Study Measures
The test is conducted in the comfort of your own bed, providing natural sleep conditions while maintaining medical-grade accuracy.
We exclusively use The Nox A1s™ PSG System which is a fully wireless and portable polysomnography system with a simple setup and reliable signal quality.
Our sleep technician will visit you at home and fit you with the sleep testing device which takes about half an hour. They will answer any questions you have and organise a time to pick up the device the following day. Your report will be sent to you and your doctor when completed within a few days and if you require any CPAP therapy, please call us to organise a trial asap.
